TQ25 ENTRY FORM
Entries are now open for the TQ25 Exhibition. Please complete the online form by clicking on the link below.
Entries close on Friday 12th July 2025.
The TQ25 Handbook [CM1] includes details on categories of quilts and conditions of entry.
Categories include but are not limited to Traditional, Small Quilts, Beginner Quiltmaker, Student Quiltmaker, Mixed Technique, Long Arm Quilting, Miniature, Art Quilts, Collaborative Quilts, and Kit Quilts.
Entries in each category must comply with the criteria set out in the category definition. A five-centimetre tolerance is acceptable on quilt sizes.
Any entry quilted using a Long Arm Quilting Machine must be entered in Category 8 Long Arm Quilting.
In the opinion of the Judge and/or the TQ25 Coordinators, if a quilt has been entered into an inappropriate category, the exhibitor will be contacted by the Coordinators to discuss what action the exhibitor wishes to take.
Exhibitors must ensure the quilt entered meets the prescribed measurements as stated in this handbook. Quilts will be measured on delivery to the exhibition. Quilts that do not meet the criteria will not be judged or exhibited.
