Darwin Patchworkers & Quilters make quilts for several charity organisations and hospitals
They include
- Quilts of love – for grieving parents after the death of newborn babies
- Quilts for disasters – eg: Bushfires, floods etc, both local and interstate
- Quilts for Womens shelters
- Hospice quilts (Royal Darwin Hospital)
- Other charities as required and as nominated by our members
2013 Quilts were donated to the Hospice at Royal Darwin Hospital
2014 Quilts were donated to A Refuge for Women in Darwin
2015 Quilts will be donated to an aged Care Facility in Darwin for use with wheelchairs
