- Friday 21st July 2023 Entries Close
- Sunday 20th August 2023 Hand-in day for quilts – DoubleTree Hotel 2pm – 4pm
- Wednesday, 23rd August 2023 Opening Night and Presentations
- Thursday 24th – Sunday 27th August Territory Quilts 2023 Exhibition. Open to the public with a small fee for entry ($ TBC).

The TQ23 Handbook includes details on categories of quilts and conditions of entry.
Categories include but are not limited to, Traditional, Small Quilts, Beginner Quiltmaker, Student Quiltmaker, Mixed Technique, Long Arm Quilting, Miniature, Art Quilts, Collaborative Quilts, and Kit Quilts.
Entries in each category must comply with the criteria set out in the category definition.
A five-centimetre tolerance is acceptable on quilt sizes.
Any entry quilted using a Long Arm Quilting Machine must be entered in Category 8 Long Arm Quilting.
In the opinion of the Judge and/or the TQ23 Coordinators, if a quilt has been entered into an inappropriate category, the exhibitor will be contacted by the Coordinators to discuss what action the exhibitor wishes to take.
Exhibitors must ensure the quilt entered meets the prescribed measurements as stated in this handbook. Quilts will be measured on delivery to the exhibition. Quilts that do not meet the criteria will not be judged or exhibited.
